Kerri Caron would like to start a book club this fall that meets once a month during the evenings. Depending on the interest this group could meet at the clubhouse or rotate in homes.
Kerri is open to any suggestions and would like this to be a fun group that everyone looks forward to joining.
Some possible ideas:
- There are murder mysteries where the main character is a baker; the group could bake a couple of the recipes while discussing the book read that month.
- Some books from certain time periods describe making dishes or crafts that the group could try making.
- Read a book that has been turned into a movie, and then watch the movie and discuss the differences.
