Contact information Updates Requested:

It’s a New Year and time to clean-up our community contact information.  Since we last published the current GHCP Community Directory in August 2019, many of you have moved to our GH-CP community permanently; have new phone numbers; and/or new email addresses that have not been updated in our database.

Please take a few minutes to review your contact information in the Member Information (Appendix A). This document can be found at http://gh-cp.org/. After entering Member Login, go to About Us/Documents/Membership Directory/Membership Directory (Appendix A).

To update your information, complete the Information Data Form. This form can be found at http://gh-cp.org/. After entering Member Login, go to About Us/Documents/Membership Forms/Information Data Form.

You can also contact the GHCP office at ghcpassoc@gmail.com, or call 804-472-3646 to update your contact information.

Community Directory Updates:

Members may access the updated documents in the password protected Documents/GHCPA section, under the About Us tab.

  • The Member Information (Appendix A) file contains a current version of members’ contact information, including mailing address, phone number and email address. Updated December 1, 2021.
  • The Property Ownership (Appendix B) file contains information on properties owned by Owner’s name and Property location detail. Updated December 1, 2021.
  • The Membership Information Updates file contains just the changes to Appendix A since the printed version was published. Members can use this as an insert to keep their printed directories up to date. Last updated November 7, 2021.
  • The GHCP Community Directory file contains information about the community itself, the GHCP Association and the Civic Associations. Updated December 1, 2021.

The current GHCP Community Directory was published in August 2019. A few printed copies are still available at the Association office.
