The Cabin Point Civic Association has been asked on several occasions about the constraints of putting a shed on one’s property.  The property owner must first obtain a permit from the county’s Land Use department.  After securing the permit, the shed should compliment the appearance of the overall property.  We count on owners’ taste, as we don’t have a covenant for “ugly”.
