Virginia Gov. Northam eases some Covid-19 restrictions starting April 1

Virginia Gov. Northam eases Covid-19 capacity restrictions on social gathering starting April 1.

Governor Northam eased the Covid restrictions in Virginia on March 23, 2021 to be effective April 1, 2021.  Under the new guidelines, social gatherings may include up to 50 individuals indoors and up to 100 individuals outdoors.  The requirements on masking have not changed.  The Association Board will be looking at these new guidelines at its April meeting to determine when, whether, and how to re-introduce social gatherings at the Clubhouse and around the pool area.  Stay tuned for additional information in the next few weeks.
