We may not have much going on inside, but there’s lots of activity outside!

This week, crews under contract from the County are:

• Repairing the roof to correct conditions that have contributed to the leak in the front portico, and
• Connecting the clubhouse and the pool bath houses to the County sewer system. During construction, you can expect to see equipment and a lot of activity, so please be careful if you are visiting the office, the playground, or the tennis & pickle ball courts.

Also, Jim Amery, our facilties committee lead, is , with the help of volunteers, working on the clubhouse wall facing the pool deck patching damaged areas, replacing trim boards, installing new lights, and generally preping the  area for a fresh coat of paint.
