The GH-CP Board of Directors meets the second Monday of every month at the clubhouse, starting at 7 pm. At the very beginning of the meetings, there is a time set aside for a Community Forum during which members can bring forth any concerns or questions they may have. There are generally two exceptions to this schedule: 1. In June we have our Annual Meeting and Election of Directors when everyone is encouraged to attend. This year the meeting is on Saturday, June 8, 2024. There will be no open board meeting on the following Monday, June 10th. The by-laws require an organizational meeting of the board with election of officers and this closed meeting will be held on June 10th. 2. Unless there is pressing business, the Board typically does not meet in December.
