Spring is here and it is time to clean up and beautify our community!  A community Clean-Up and Clean-Out Day is planned for Saturday, April 20, 2024, from  8 AM – 12 noon.

We are arranging a volunteer-run community clean-up to help our neighbors collect and dispose of yard waste, trash, and unused appliances.  No hazardous waste will be collected. Items to be disposed of must be bagged, out of the house, and positioned in the front yard for pick up. Yard waste also should be positioned for easy access in the front yard and bundled when possible.

Reservations are required to arrange pick up at your residence and may require a pre-inspection to ensure we have adequate space for your materials.  Reservations need to be confirmed by Monday, 15 April.

To make a reservation for pick up, email ghcpresourcecommittee@gmail.com  with subject line Clean-up day and provide the following information:

Name, address, phone contact number and type of waste to be disposed of.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!  Community volunteers are critical to make this effort successful.  Help loading/unloading, trucks and trailers for collection are needed.  Please email ghcpresourcecommittee@gmail.com  with subject line Volunteer and provide the following information:

Name, address, phone contact number, and volunteer capacity – truck, trailer, loading/unloading assistance.  To help us to best coordinate this event, please send your volunteer message as soon as possible and before Monday, April 15th.

All volunteers, please meet at the clubhouse at 7:30am.  Lite snacks and beverages will be provided. Please bring work gloves.  All other supplies for this event will be provided (trash bags, hand sanitizer, etc.)
