On March 25, 2023, the Glebe Harbor Civic Association and the Cabin Point Civic Association (not the GH-CP Association) each voted overwhelmingly to dissolve both associations.  This decision was reached because neither association had the authority under Virginia law to enforce the restrictive covenants within our community.  Please click on the tab near the top of the website labeled Civic Association Dissolution or click here http://gh-cp.org/civic-association-information/ to find the following four documents:
