Cabin Point Beach Project – The County has given final approval for the project and a contract has been awarded. Work should commence shortly. We’ll keep you updated if access to the beach is affected.
Usage Rules for Sanitary District (SD) Recreational Facilities – Our rules have been updated and await approval by the County Administrator. Once approved, they will be posted on the website. The Board is also working on some guidelines regarding our community rules for vacationers and short-term renters.
Shred-It Day is scheduled for Saturday, November 5th at the clubhouse from 9 until 12 noon. Here’s a great chance to get rid of sensitive documents. And it is all FREE!
