Highlights of the Board of Directors Meeting
June 13, 2022
Annual Membership Meeting June 11th – The slide deck used for this meeting is available on the website where you can learn updates about all the shoreline projects, communications initiatives, facilities, and money matters. One of the main purposes of the June meeting is the election of Board members. Incumbent Fred Selby was re-elected and is joined by newcomers Bob Frank, Deanna Rudnick, and Janet Zwirner. We welcome them to the GH-CP Board of Directors and thank them for their willingness to offer their time and talents to help keep this a great place to live.
Election of Officers – In accordance with the by-laws, the organizational meeting took place June 13th and four officers were elected:
- President- Jeanne Axtell
- Vice President – Jack O’Neil
- Treasurer – Fred Selby
- Secretary – Barbara Cole
Additionally, Bill Spencer will remain Director for Facilities.
