The GHCP Association Annual Meeting and Election of Directors will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 9:30 am at the Clubhouse.

The purpose of the meeting is to update the general membership on current business of the GHCP Association and to elect persons to fill the director positions whose terms are expiring or are vacant.

This year, we will elect three board members to replace those whose term of service has expired and one additional board member, to replace a board member who has moved out of the community.

The nominating committee proposed the following slate of four candidates who have agreed to run:  Fred Selby-Incumbent (GH); Deanna Rudnick (GH); Bob Frank (CP); and Janet Zwirner (CP).  At its April meeting, the Board voted unanimously to accept the slate of candidates.  Bios of the four candidates will be posted on the website prior to the June elections. Nominations may also be made from the floor by any member at the meeting if the person being nominated has given their consent.

In addition to the election, we will update you on Association and GH-CP Sanitary District business items; review pending projects, including updates on the waterway and shoreline work in Cabin Point; and sharing priorities for the balance of this year.
