Lots of progress at the pool over the last 2 weeks! The pool deck, office and bathrooms are cleaned and being prepped for painting. Most of the pool itself has been pressure washed, but there’s still a lot more to get done before we can start filling it again (around May 16.)
We are working at the pool on Tuesdays and Saturdays, 9 to noon. Remaining tasks include pressure washing furniture, repairing/replacing some of the lap land ropes, cleaning out the rest of the pool basin, touching up paint as needed on walls, repainting floors in the restrooms, and more. Please drop by if you can lend a hand.
The pool will open at 10 am on Saturday May 28 for the 2022 season. The Association will host a cookout from 1-3pm, to celebrate the opening, and to thank our volunteers for making it possible. Hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks will be supplied. Please plan to join in, and consider bringing a dish to share.
