Annual Memebership Meeting – Most of the meeting on August 10 was focused on preparation for conducting the August 22 Annual Membership Meeting under Virginia Phase 3 guidelines.

 Pool – Yes, we are still open, but you only have a couple more weeks to enjoy the pool.  While pool usage has leveled off in the second half of the summer, we are still open and expect to be able to staff the pool through Labor Day.  So, come on out and enjoy the pool while you still can!

Finances – We are awaiting completion of Westmoreland County’s financial statement audit to see what funds are readily available and which projects might have to wait a bit.

Beaches – All groins except #4 on Cabin Point Beach have been repaired.  We are getting bids for dredging Cabin Point Creek Inlet Channel and replacement of sand on the beach.  In the future we hope to be able to dredge Cabin Point Creek secondary channels as well as repair groins at Crystal Lane Beach.
