The GHCPA pool opened for the 2019 summer season at 10AM, Saturday, May 25th! Delays in completing the pool renovation work left us just one week to fill and clean the pool, but thanks to a steady stream of volunteers we were able to open on time.

The Association hosted our opening day cookout from 5-7 pm. Volunteers cooked 150 hamburgers and hot dogs, and served drinks and chips. Members were asked to bring a dish to share. Ed Kirkley and Linda Steele provided music and Karaoke.

Over the three day Memorial Weekend, we logged over 600 visits by members & guests. (Posted 5.28.19)
