The GHCP Association is creating a new membership directory for Glebe Harbor and Cabin Point.  We have sent emails or postcards to members who have returned Property Owner Information Forms (POIFs) to confirm whether they want to be included in the directory. The email or postcard you receive will indicate whether our records show you desire to be included.

If your current interest in being included in the directory matches our records, and your information is unchanged, you need do nothing.

If our records do not reflect your current interest in being included in the directory, or if any of your information has changed, please let us know by calling the Association Office at 804-472-3646 or by email to GHCPAssoc@gmail.com.  Please type “Directory” in the subject line of your email.  If our information is correct, you do not need to respond. 

If no response is received by May 27, 2019, we will assume that our records are correct and your information will be included (or not) accordingly.    

The directory will include the Owner’s Name, Mailing Address, Property Locations and Lot Numbers, Email Addresses, and Phone Numbers.  We plan to post the directory in the password-protected area of the GH-CP website (GH-CP.org) and we will have a limited number of printed copies available.  There will be a charge for printed copies, in order to cover our printing costs.

We plan to post a draft of the directory on the Association website by June 15.  Please review the draft by July 15 to assure that your contact information is correct.   We will have a hard copy in the Association Office for review as well.  If you find errors or have questions, please contact the Association Office.
