Over the next few weeks, we will begin the process of converting the pool from a swamp to our first-class facility on Tuesday morning, April 16, at 900am. We hope you can join us, but if that’s not a good time for you, we will be working every Tuesday and Saturday morning, 9 am to Noon, until the pool opens on May 25^th.

Please pitch in whenever you can.

Our first steps will be to determine the need for painting and other repairs at the pool. We will begin pressure washing the pool decks. (Volunteers who have gas powered pressure washers are encouraged to bring them.)
We pull furniture out of the pool garage, inventory/repair umbrellas, and identify replacement needs.  We will also treat weeds growing on the pool deck and around the fence line.

It’s not very glamorous, but neither is it overly taxing and we do generally have a pretty good time working with our friends and making new ones.
