First Sergeant Antwan X. Smith, the Westmoreland County liaison to our Neighborhood Watch Volunteers, will be at the Clubhouse at 5 PM on Tuesday, March 19th to meet with the watch volunteers and anyone else interested in a report of criminal activities in our community and surrounding communities.  At 5:30 PM, also at the Clubhouse, First Sergeant Smith will be presented with blankets and quilts designed and crafted by our neighborhood sewing volunteer group during our regularly scheduled “Happy Hour.”
