Outcome of the Breezeline Survey

On June 30, we posted that Breezeline had asked for more data from the survey the Association conducted to help Breezeline understand and address service problems in GHCP.  See Update on the Breezeline Survey

We had hoped that request might be a sign of progress. However, Jamie Bennett, who led this effort on behalf of the community, has followed up with their representatives.  From those discussions, it appears unlikely that any further action will be taken based on the data we collected and shared with them.

Breezeline continues to advise any resident experiencing service problems to call and schedule a service appointment.
