Westmoreland County is mailing residents two windshield decals to allow access to any of the three county convenience centers in lieu of the old “hang tags” previously used.  The decals are valid starting 01 July 2025.  The decals are to be placed in the upper passenger side of the windshield. This first decal will be valid for 18 months and then will renew annually thereafter.

Forgot your sticker? Simply present your valid driver’s license showing your Westmoreland County address to the attendant.  Need more decals or have questions?  Visit or call the Treasurer’s office at 804-493-0124.

Great news! The Board of Supervisors voted to eliminate the coupons for
brush and electronics, so residents can dispose of these items at the
Montross Transfer Station for free.

Montross: 350 Poorhouse Rd
