Don Hess, our Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, provides this traffic update:

The radar speed limit sign in Glebe Harbor by the clubhouse, previously said to be departing, is going to remain right where it is.  And a second one is going to be installed on Royal Way in Cabin Point, possibly as early as this weekend.  The first one has been much commented upon and many feel it has reduced speeding.  Hopefully the new one will do the same, as Royal Way has long been abused by speedy people.
