As we head into the cooler months, we encourage all lot owners to take care of a few important maintenance items before winter arrives.

Maintain your property to the roadway. Lot owners are responsible for maintaining their properties out to the roadway, including easements and drainage ditches.

Keep grass and vegetation trimmed. Mowing along easements and drainage ditches improves visibility for oncoming traffic, helping keep our roads safer for everyone.

Help water flow properly. Clear, well-maintained drainage ditches help winter stormwater drain away from homes and flow into community ditches and creeks.

Wooded lots are welcome to remain natural. However, we encourage owners to mow or cut vegetation from the roadway up to the tree line to improve visibility, safety, and the overall appearance of our community.
