Just a reminder and clarification about the proxies for the General Membership Meeting and Election of Directors on June 6th. If you submit your proxy no later than Saturday, May 30 and DO NOT check the box that says “This proxy is valid only for the following meeting,” your proxy will be good for all the meetings for the rest of the year. You will not need to keep submitting proxies for the August and December meetings or for any specially called meetings. If at any time you decide to attend a meeting, there will be no problem; we’ll just set your proxy aside. Having the proxies in hand really helps us to make quorum which is necessary to even hold a meeting. We appreciate your help with this.
