As we head into fall, the Resource Committee is wrapping up our seasonal review of community properties and common concerns.

We have sent notices to property owners where maintenance was needed, including overgrown lots, easements, drainage ditches, and areas where vegetation may affect road visibility or sight-line safety.

Keeping these areas maintained helps:

• Improve the appearance of our community
• Keep drainage paths clear and functioning properly
• Maintain safe visibility along our roads
• Help prevent overgrowth from becoming a larger maintenance concern

If you received a notice, we appreciate your attention to the requested maintenance. These reminders are intended to encourage property owners to address concerns before they become bigger problems and to help keep our community safe, accessible, and well maintained.
