The Nominating Committee is now soliciting qualified candidates who are:
- Property owners in GHCP, either full-time or part-time residents.
- Self-nominated or nominated by an interested member of the community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh experience, insight, and leadership to guide the continued success of our communities.
Positions to be filled:
- 3 vacancies due to expired term
- 1 vacancy for an unexpired 2-year term
Brief Summary of Duties:
- These are voluntary positions with terms of 2 and 3 years.
- Attendance at monthly board meetings, either in person or via video conferencing.
- Preparation for meetings by reviewing materials sent in advance.
- Supporting and representing board decisions to members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to assist other board members or officers as needed.

Nominations will be accepted until April 25, 2026. Voting for new board members will take place during the Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors on June 6, 2026.
Following the elections, the newly elected Board of Directors will meet within 7 days to elect the Association officers for FY 2025-2026 and identify ongoing responsibilities for all board members.
