It’s time to request or renew GH-CP trailer/RV decals for 2026.

The Association issues and requires decals at no cost to members and lessees for all boat trailers using our boat ramps. The Association also rents parking spaces for trailers, campers, and RVs to members and lessees at the Clubhouse, the Cabin Point boat ramp, and at the Glebe Harbor beach access area.

Spaces are limited and are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Boat Trailer Decals and Storage Space Request/Renewal Form for 2026-2027, along with the new policy, can be found under the forms tab on our website  https://gh-cp.org/documents/boat-trailer-decals-and-storage-space-request-renewal-form-and-policy-for-2026-27/  and can be returned to the office by mail to GHCP Association, 751 Glebe Harbor Dr, Montross, VA 22520 or by dropping the form by the office.  It can also be emailed to ghcpassoc@gmail.com .  The rental fee for each parking storage is $125/year (May 1, 2026- April 30, 2027.)

Please note that by signing the form you are agreeing to comply with the rental policy (page 2 of the form or the back side of a hard copy) posted on the Association web page.

We also have, 2 “half spaces” suitable for a PWC or a small utility trailer for $50/year.   The GHCP has total of 70 parking spaces available to property owners/members.

If you already rent a space and wish to keep it, you must renew it before May 1, 2026.  After May 1, spaces that have not been renewed will be offered to others on a first-come, first-served basis.
