Seated Exercise Class

Seated Exercise Class (formerly Chair Yoga) continues on MWF 9:30-10:30 in the Clubhouse game room. The class includes cardio, strengthening, stretching, and balance exercises, all performed on a chair (supplied). Although we missed a week due to IceMageddon, we will be continuing classes until the next snowstorm, or until the pool opens, whichever comes first.  Check out our schedule at:  https://gh-cp.org/events/month/ .
