Seated Workout (formerly known as Chair Yoga)

Seated Workout is a replacement for the Chair Yoga class and will run MWF 9:30-10:30 am  at the Clubhouse beginning Monday, January 4th. The class will feature cardio, strengthening exercises, stretching, and yoga, all while seated in a chair.
