The Chair Yoga group is trying a chair-based cardio and strength routine. It utilizes High Intensity Interval Training, and is a lot of fun! The group meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, 9:30-10:15am in the game room of the Clubhouse.
The first half-hour is stretching, cardio, and strengthening exercises. These are followed by chair-assisted balancing exercises. Chairs will be provided; please bring water and hand weights, if you have them. Come join in the fun!
Note: no chair yoga class on Friday, November 28th – but show up on Monday to work off those Thanksgiving excesses!
