Good news for our eco-minded neighbors! Thanks to the success of the can collection at the pool and Oyster Roast, the Westmoreland Lions Club is launching a community-wide aluminum can recycling program for Glebe Harbor and Cabin Point.

Look for the blue recycling containers behind the pool garage. Please rinse and empty your cans (aluminum only) — and crush them if you can! The cans will be taken to a recycling center, and the funds raised will support the many community projects led by the Westmoreland Lions Club.

Your small effort makes a big difference — keeping our neighborhoods clean, green, and giving back!
