Recently, several owners and residents reported problems and issues of concern about internet services provided by Breezeline. Jamie Bennett, a resident of Glebe Harbor, recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on behalf of the community regarding issues she and other community members have reported with Breezeline services. In response, Breezeline reached out to Westmoreland County Administrator, Jim Taylor, to secure additional information regarding the internet service issues within the community. Association President Fred Selby designated Jamie Bennett as the lead representative for the Glebe Harbor – Cabin Point community, to work in collaboration with the Association and the County to provide the additional information requested by Breezeline to resolve the internet service issues.
Enclosed is a link to a survey being sent out to all property owners in the GHCP community regarding your Breezeline service. The questions are intended to provide specific information to Breezeline to enable their engineers to pinpoint locations within the GHCP community where Breezeline services are less than optimal. The information we are requesting will supplement previously reported issues identified by individuals to Jamie Bennett through the GHCP Owners/Residents Facebook page and other social media platforms. The questions in the survey will help identify the problems customers are experiencing, the frequency and duration of the problems, and the locations where those problems are occurring. This information is essential to enable Breezeline engineers to pinpoint problem locations and work on solving the problems.
The survey will only take a few minutes to complete. We ask that you complete the survey, even if you are not currently experiencing any problems with Breezeline internet services. Knowing where things are working well is just as important as knowing where problems are occurring. Also, we ask that you complete the survey even if you have previously reported the information to Breezeline or to Jamie Bennett. The survey is open now and we ask that you complete it as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, June 27. The data from all respondents will be consolidated, reported to the County, and provided to Breezeline through Jamie as our designated representative.
