Chair Yoga Update

Our chair exercise class meets MWF at 9:30 at the Clubhouse and engages in stretching, aerobic, and weight lifting exercises from the comfort of a chair. Recently we had  master yoga instructor, Paula Van Alstine, who showed us the essentials in doing chair yoga. The exercise class will continue meeting until the pool opens, unless there is interest in continuing through the summer months.
