By now you have most likely been notified of our Annual Meeting and Election of Directors scheduled for Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 9:30 am at the Clubhouse. We would love to have everyone attend in person but, if that is not possible for you, proxies will be due the end of the month. If you don’t want to fill out additional proxies for the August and December meetings, your June proxy will be good as long as you do NOT check the box that says “This Proxy is valid only for the following meeting.” If you change your mind and actually attend one of those later meetings, no problem; we’ll just set aside the earlier proxy. Proxies are important as we must meet quorum in order to hold our meetings, so send yours in without delay if you know you will not be attending in person. They can be snail-mailed, dropped off at the Clubhouse, or sent to the office electronically at GHCPAssoc@gmail.com
