New Spring Exercise Program!

With pool season right round the corner, come join us in a Chair Exercise Program especially tailored to Seniors.  It’s a mix of stretching, cardio, and a bit of weights – all seated.  We will continue at least until the pool Water Aerobics Exercises begin, so come join us!

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday                                                                                                                    Time: 9:30-10:00AM                                                                                                                                      Where: GHCPA Clubhouse Lounge

What to bring: water or a beverage; a set of hand weights (optional)

Come get to know your neighbors and enjoy working out!
