Don’t forget the Authors, Artists, Artisans, Adventurers, and Athletes Series (AAAAA) will kick off their new season this Sunday, September 29th  with their first Adventurer.

Lisa Shannon lived in Turkey for 15 years, where she taught at several private schools before retiring on the Aegean coast. She will share some of her experiences and adventures across an ancient land that has been home to a multitude of civilizations for at least 12,000 years but has only been a nation for 101. It is a surprising blend of traditional and modern, geographically and culturally diverse, and often misunderstood.  Please come meet Lisa and hear about her experiences.
