The link to the 2024 Membership survey was sent to all members households in late July and was available for the next 30 days. We received responses from 277 property owner households, a 29% response rate. (Our first survey, in 2018, had just a 12% response rate but has improved every year since.)

We have not had time yet to do a full analysis of the data, but we plan to present more data from the survey at our next membership meeting, December 7, 2024.
